We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can create bothanimationsandstaticpostsfor multiple clients

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design static posts for social media, websites, and apps, ensuring they align with client branding and objectives.
  • Create engaging animated videos to communicate ideas and concepts effectively across diverse client projects.
  • Develop motion graphics that enhance visual storytelling on digital platforms.
  • Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, maintaining smooth narratives and alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in designing logos and brand identities to support clients' visual representation needs.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and animation software to improve workflow efficiency and visual effects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand vision and marketing goals, delivering visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and best practices to create innovative digital content.
  • Manage multiple design and animation tasks, prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve designs, animations, and video edits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degreein Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Certificationsin graphic design or motion graphics (preferred).
  • 2-3 years' experienceas a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience with international clients, delivering high-quality projects.
  • Proficiencyin Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and industry-standard design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI toolsfor motion graphics and video editing.
  • Strong design, storytelling, and branding skillsfor impactful visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projectswhile adapting to client needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills.
  • Flexibilityfor minor revisions or client meetings as needed.
