Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales by showcasing our software solutions and services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting:
    • Identify and prioritize potential clients within the target market.
    • Research and understand the needs and challenges of potential clients.
    • Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.


  • Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Address client concerns and objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms to close deals.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Actively listen to client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.


  • Accurately track and report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to share with management.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with team members.

Requirements
  • Proven track record infield sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Knows how to use google workspace, sheets, doc, slides.
  • Resilience
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Knowledge of the Ecommerce market and software products.
