Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients for digital and administrative services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and solution-based proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales & Revenue Targets
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales quota (e.g., revenue of X per quarter).
  • Minimum number of new client acquisitions per month (e.g., 5–10).
  • Contribution to overall revenue growth (percentage against company targets).
Business Development & Pipeline Management
  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly.
  • Conversion rate from leads to closed deals (e.g., target 20–30%).
  • Average deal size and upsell/cross-sell ratio.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.
Client Relationship Management
  • Client retention rate (target 90%+).
  • Number of client meetings, demos, and presentations conducted per month.
  • Client satisfaction score (through feedback/NPS surveys).
Operational & Team Contribution
  • Timely submission of sales reports and CRM updates.
  • Collaboration with marketing/technical teams on solution customization.
