Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients for digital and administrative services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and solution-based proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
- Achieve assigned sales quota and contribute to overall business growth.
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to handle C-level engagements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, automation, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.

Sales & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales quota (e.g., revenue of X per quarter).
- Minimum number of new client acquisitions per month (e.g., 5–10).
- Contribution to overall revenue growth (percentage against company targets).
- Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly.
- Conversion rate from leads to closed deals (e.g., target 20–30%).
- Average deal size and upsell/cross-sell ratio.
- Accuracy of sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.
- Client retention rate (target 90%+).
- Number of client meetings, demos, and presentations conducted per month.
- Client satisfaction score (through feedback/NPS surveys).
- Timely submission of sales reports and CRM updates.
- Collaboration with marketing/technical teams on solution customization.
- Participation in sales strategy meetings and training sessions.
