We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the IT industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-quality sales pipeline and accelerating business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads within the IT and technology sector
- Execute and manage outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria through email and messaging channels
- Maintain and regularly update lead data in the CRM with accuracy and relevant status updates
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles and outreach strategies
- Schedule product demos or discovery meetings with qualified leads for the sales team
- Track, measure, and report on lead generation performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., response rates, conversion rates, lead quality)

Requirements:
