Clyro is a design agency focused on delivering world-class UI/UX solutions for startups and enterprises. We're expanding our team and are looking for Associate Client Support Representatives who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to our growth.
What You'll Be DoingAs an Associate Technical CSR at Clyro, you will bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client experiences.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project progress
- Maintain and update project details using CRM tools
- Build strong client relationships by offering consistent communication and timely updates
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Take ownership of the full client communication lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-project feedback
- Understand client needs and convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities

Must-Haves- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of client interaction or project coordination
- A learning mindset and the ability to take initiative
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like CRM, task managers, and trackers
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with Everhour, ClickUp, or any CRM tool
- Prior internship or experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Interest in UI/UX or design-based industries
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Management, Communications, or IT-related fields)
