We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR) Closer to join our growing telecommunications team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and the telecommunications industry. As a Junior CSR Closer, you will be responsible for assisting with both outbound and inbound sales calls, working alongside a senior sales team to generate leads, close sales, and provide excellent service to American consumers.

- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to American consumers to introduce and promote telecommunications services (internet, phone, cable, etc.).
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads by reaching out to new customers and qualifying their interest in telecommunications services.
- Sales Support: Work alongside senior team members to manage the sales process, assisting in closing deals and following up on leads.
- Sales Targets: Work towards meeting personal and team sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Sales Training: Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
