For this initiative, we are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing, Communications and Research Associate who brings a global standard of professionalism to the role and is excited about growing with our organization. The role will cover an exciting mix of responsibilities and opportunities for skill development across the marketing, content writing, research and analytics spectrum. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will be a digital native, with excellent written communication and critical thinking skills who is eager to lead challenging assignments from planning through execution. The post holder will have knowledge of social media and digital marketing and analytics, as well as the ability to research and create content for a complex and fast-moving industry. A strong understanding of B2B communications is a plus.

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and developing long and short-form content writing (articles, blog posts, posts, emails and web content)
  • Leading set up, content, and SEO optimization for all digital communication platforms including websites and social profiles
  • Comfortable with Social Media Platforms – FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Managing communication with external stakeholders and partners
  • Carrying out research for Chief Executive and the wider organization
  • Supporting the company's ongoing external communications
  • Monitoring and analysis of media and external data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Experience and knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, and optimization
  • Understanding of and experience in data analytics
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proven track record of project management, timeline management and planning abilities
