Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketer at Ad-Mill Communications in Lahore. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, optimizing paid ads, conducting research, and analyzing campaign performance. The role will require 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with exposure in the skincare and personal care industry.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing content calendars.
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and market research.
  • Analytical skills with ability to measure and report campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Creativity and ability to bring fresh campaign ideas to the table.

Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month (with performance-based growth opportunities).

  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience in planning and executing online campaigns

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with branding, consumer psychology, and audience targeting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva/Photoshop is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
