Job Title:International Sales Specialist & Closer

Location:Onsite – Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type:Full-Time

Are you a confident, persuasive sales representative & closer with a proven track record in high-ticket deals? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the thrill of closing inbound & outbound qualified leads? We're looking for adriven and dynamic International Sales Closerto join our growing team.

  • Identify and qualify cold & warm leadsinterested in white-label services
  • Close qualified, high-ticket inbound leadsgenerated by our marketing team
  • Knowledge about Apollo or Instantly platforms, Identify new potential leads from Apollo/Instantly as well as organic outreach and qualify and close them.
  • Conduct persuasivediscovery and closing callswith clients via Zoom or phone
  • Understand client pain points, tailor solutions, and pitch ourwhite-labeled digital marketing serviceseffectively
  • Overcome objectionswith confidence and professionalism using proven sales techniques
  • Ensure asmooth handoverto our onboarding team for an excellent client experience
  • Consistentlymeet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data (Zoho or GHL)and report daily activity and pipeline status
  • Provide market feedback to the internal team to refine offers and processes

High-ticket High commission structure (No cap on earnings)

4 month performance bonuses

Long-term growth potential within the company

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experienceclosing high-ticket deals (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services)
  • Track record or Portfolio of closing $50k to 100k+ USD in total sales. (If available)
  • Strong communicator with excellent phone/Zoom presence
  • Proven ability tohandle objections and negotiate termswith confidence
  • Detail-oriented with experience using CRMs (preferably Zoho or GHL)
  • Results-driven andmotivated by performance, commission and growth ( you'll be amazed by our commission structure ;) )
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability tobuild rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday:11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite)
  • Saturday:11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes a 30-minute break)
  • Location:Onsite – Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal)
