Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Karāchi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, training, and managing sales operations. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their travel needs, offering suitable packages, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Salary
Market Competitive upto 100k as per experience.
Commission 15 - 20 PKR per Pound
Timing
1st Shift: 2pm to 11pm
2nd Shift 7pm to 4am
Flexible Timing Slot for Female 12pm to 9pm
Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and capabilities
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
