We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Go2Sell's growth, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and client digital enablement efforts. This is a leadership role ideal for a hands-on executor who can drive strategy, build systems, manage partners, and own performance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the GTM strategy for Go2Sell's e-commerce platform across the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify and validate customer segments (e.g., grocery, salon, retail) and tailor marketing messaging accordingly.
  • Work with the product and sales teams to define value propositions and align messaging with customer pain points.
  • Plan and execute demand generation activities tied to specific personas, industries, and regional opportunities.

2. Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Design and execute ROI-driven multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencer, WhatsApp).
  • Develop testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to track and improve key metrics: CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV.

3. Content, Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Own the content strategy: from positioning narratives to tactical content (blogs, videos, social media).
  • Manage brand visibility across channels: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with designers and freelancers to ensure cohesive, conversion-focused creatives.

4. Agency & Freelance Resource Management

  • Build and manage a network of creative and performance marketing freelancers/agencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Evaluate performance of third-party vendors against defined KPIs.

5. Client Enablement & Education

  • Guide Go2Sell clients (SMEs) in launching and marketing their online stores.
  • Create toolkits, training sessions, and advisory content to support digital adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on how clients can grow using online channels.

6. Strategic Partnerships & Field Campaigns

  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with logistics partners, fintech platforms, and distributors.
  • Plan and participate in offline activations, expos, and merchant outreach to increase adoption.
  • Drive visibility through partnerships with hyperlocal and industry-specific stakeholders.

7. Marketing-Sales Collaboration & Funnel Ownership

  • Align with sales to create effective lead nurturing workflows and handover systems.
  • Own the entire marketing-sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion and upsell.
  • Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversions, and optimize messaging and tactics accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally with experience in startups, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and funnel KPIs.
  • Proven ability to define customer segments and position products effectively.
  • Hands-on with tools: GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Experience managing freelancers/agencies and executing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC business landscape and SME dynamics.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Urdu is a plus).
