Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer (Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and collaborate with other developers to create and maintain scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design new features, ensure top-tier performance, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Mentor and support junior developers to ensure high coding standards and foster professional growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and implement new features.
  4. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  5. Conduct thorough code reviews and offer valuable feedback to improve team performance.
  6. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering solutions that align with their goals.
  7. Maintain effective communication with the team.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in web development with a focus on the MERN stack.
  2. Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
  4. Prior experience working in client-facing roles, managing expectations, and delivering solutions on time.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
