  • Receives data from supervisors for preparation and entry into the data processing system.
  • Enters data to update M&E reports and standards promulgated by the organization
  • Receives and responds to data inquiries in compliance with standards.
  • Access files through knowledge of computer terminal and manual file system.
  • Processes out the available to compile different reports for other programs also.
  • Updates and enters data into the data processing system and prints copies for the Supervisors and GM to review
  • Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provides a variety of clerical and administrative support for other programs as necessary.
  • Performs quality control checks on Information data and removes erroneous information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Performs special assignments as necessary.
  • Work for the promotion of HANDS vision and mission.
