We're looking for a Product Manager with deep domain knowledge in geospatial technology to lead the next phase of xMap's product development. In this role, you'll define the product vision and strategy for our AI-driven offerings, work cross-functionally to deliver new features, and craft user experiences that empower customers to leverage location-based insights effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Define Product Roadmaps: Own and evolve the strategic product vision for xMap's Geospatial AI capabilities—e.g., advanced analysis modules, visualization dashboards, and generative scenario planning tools.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage with users (enterprises, governments) to understand real-world challenges and translate them into product requirements that improve decision workflows.
  • End-to-End Feature Ownership: Guide features from concept to launch—coordinating with data science, engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use metrics, user feedback, and market analysis to prioritize the roadmap and identify new product opportunities, such as scenario simulation or predictive modeling add-ons.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to align on go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate product value.
  • Platform Evolution: Drive continuous improvement of the user experience, focusing on intuitive interfaces for exploring complex spatial data, building custom AI models, and generating actionable insights.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven technology; prior exposure to geospatial products (GIS, mapping tools, location analytics) is essential.
  • Strong technical background—enough to collaborate seamlessly with data scientists and engineers working on AI model integration and large-scale geospatial data processing.
  • Track record of end-to-end product ownership, from user research to product launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GIS stacks (e.g., Esri, QGIS) and an understanding of how AI can be layered on top of geospatial frameworks.
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills—able to synthesize technical details into clear, compelling narratives for customers and executives.
  • Passion for location intelligence and a desire to shape the future of how organizations leverage geospatial insights.
