Appointment Setter Required For Night Shift

We are seeking Call Center Agents for USA-based appointment scheduling during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cold calls to businesses and identify potential prospects.
  2. Introduce company services to potential clients and communicate their benefits effectively.
  3. Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  4. Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  5. Follow up via email or phone to confirm appointments and address questions or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced candidates are preferred; freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Pay: Rs30,000 - Rs50,000 per month.
