Job Title:Appointment Setter/Cold Caller (Office-Based—Night Shift)

Location:Gulberg

Work Hours:6:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type:Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for highly experienced and drivenappointment setters/cold callersto join our on-site team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This is anight shift roletailored to U.S. campaign hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM
  • Engage professionally and confidently with decision-makers
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Follow call scripts and handle objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of BPO and cold calling experience(U.S. campaigns preferred)
  • C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
  • Experience using CRMs and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, HubSpot,GHL etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualities:

  • Background in appointment setting for sales, insurance, real estate, or digital marketing (international campaigns.)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
  • Fast learner with a positive and professional attitude
