We're building the future of a platform where businesses, creators, and communities connect. To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager to lead sales and onboarding for businesses.
This role is for someone who loves building pipelines, closing deals, and helping businesses succeed on a new platform.
What You'll Do- Identify and prospect businesses that can benefit from our platform.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → demo → close.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise and SMB partnerships.
- Lead onboarding and integration, ensuring businesses adopt our platform smoothly.
- Track performance metrics and optimize the sales process to hit targets.
- Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to tailor solutions for businesses.
- Consistently bringing in new businesses every month.
- Building repeatable sales & onboarding playbooks.
- Strong retention and growth from early business accounts.
- Hitting measurable KPIs tied to businesses onboarded, conversion rates, and revenue.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals with SMBs or enterprises.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to pitch at all levels.
- Experience with sales pipelines, CRMs, and structured outbound.
- Relationship builder with a hunter's mindset.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where speed and adaptability matter.
- Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategy for marketplaces or B2B2C products.
- Familiarity with creator economy, AI, or tech-driven industries.
