Job Summary
The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving revenue by identifying and converting new sales opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients. You'll serve as each customer's personal account executive, ensuring continued engagement, satisfaction, and incremental growth over time.
We currently work with 30+ major TV and internet service providers in the USA, including Spectrum, AT&T, Optimum, DirecTV, Xfinity, and Cox.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to qualified prospect leads via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channelsConvert leads into sales through persuasive, needs-based conversations and strategic follow-upsBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunitiesAct as a dedicated account executive, staying in regular contact with assigned clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunitiesConsistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and client retention goals. Keep detailed records of outreach activity and account performance using internal CRM toolsStay up-to-date on all partner products, services, and promotional offers to effectively position and personalize the pitchCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale customer experiencePerform other tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)Proven ability to connect with customers and build rapportGoal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targetsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailInitiative-taking and self-driven approach to outreachExperience with CRM systems and data management. Familiarity with internet, TV, or telecom products preferredPunctual, dependable, and accountable
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience
1–2 years in a B2B sales or business development role
Experience in a call center or client-facing environment is a plus
