About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AssociateProject Managerto join our growing team.

You will work closely with C-Level Management and Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assist in scheduling, documentation, and communication—playing a critical role in keeping projects on track and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project operations and documentation.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and status reports.
  • Help coordinate internal team meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments.
  • Ensure smooth client communication, taking notes and summarizing key points when required.
  • Monitor progress and flag potential issues or delays proactively.
  • Help manage project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, or internal systems).
  • Support in preparing presentations, project summaries, and meeting agendas.
Who Should Apply?
  • Candidates with up to 1.5 yearsof relevant job experience.
  • Degree in Project Managementfield or certifications related to Project Management.
  • Strong organizational and English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
