Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping:Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Client Communication:Regularly update clients on project status and resolve any queries.
  • Ticket Tracking:Manage, track, and resolve client issues via a ticketing system.
  • Team Coordination:Work with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Documentation:Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope and progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:Experience withWordPress, PHP scripting, SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce.
  • Project Management:Minimum 1 year as aTechnical Project Managerin asoftware houseor web development company.
  • Tools:Familiarity withCRM tools,Google Suite, andMicrosoft PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication, especially for technical content.
  • Location:Must be based inLahoreand have the ability to commute to the office.
