Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Forecast
  • Proficiency of Cost Monitoring Software (SAP)
  • Prepares Matrix to show split of work into zones / area, discipline, and responsibility.
  • Ensures that Field Engineering effectively performs their function of estimating BOM and BOQ, Preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarification wherever required.
  • Analysis progress and efficiency reports
  • Updates and monitors Level III plan keeping in view overall master schedule
  • Regularly performs critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks, and highlights these to Site Manager
  • Understand the project's chart of accounts and its mapping onto the company's cost center and closely with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis
