Truck Dispatch Agent

We are actively seeking experienced Dispatch Agent for a dynamic trucking campaign based in the USA. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 months of experience.
Please note that this position is a remote job. The working hours are from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
Compensation Package: Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities- Negotiating rates with brokers to secure loads.
- Assigning loads to carriers.
- Monitoring the progress of units/trucks until the delivery is completed.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
- Submitting invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
- Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the US trucking and dispatching industry.
