Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Support: Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proactively learn about company products, services, and processes to provide comprehensive support to customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer support role or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong call-handling skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in email communication with attention to grammar and professionalism.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Availability: Willingness to work during night shifts to align with business requirements.
