Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire quality inspection process for leather jackets, ensuring top-notch quality at every stage.
  2. Inspect leather materials, stitching, finishes, and fittings for defects and inconsistencies.
  3. Conduct pre-production and final inspections to meet company standards.
  4. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and provide actionable feedback.
  5. Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in the production process.
  7. Train and guide quality control staff to follow best practices in leather jacket production.

Job Specification:

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in quality control within the leather garment industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of leather materials, stitching techniques, and garment finishes.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  5. Familiarity with industry standards.
