Job title: Project Supervisor & Draughtman

Qualification: DEA, Mechanical

Experience: 2-3 years (preferably food & Pharma)

Salary Range: 90k – 110K

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hands-on experience on AutoCAD for layout preparation/modification,
  • Mechanical parts drawing preparation
  • Jacketed vessel/jacketed piping drawing preparation
  • Updating the Plant P&ID and preparing the P&ID for new projects
  • Supervising project vendors at site to execute the activities in timely manner ensuring the HSE and quality standards
  • Planning and Execution phase including site monitoring for civil, HVAC, piping, electrical, automation and infrastructural projects
  • Coordinate with contractors for smooth execution of work at site maintaining the site GMP and HSE protocols in compliance with CSM agreement
  • Ensure that the projects that are underway are well within the stipulated timeline, flag the concern in case of any foreseen risks and prepare the mitigation plan to meet the given deadline
  • Making sure all site execution work/projects (mechanical & electrical) to be carried out as per drawing & schedule.
  • Liaison closely with site's Manufacturing, Quality & HSE team to finalize the solution & prepare BOQ / RFQ accordingly for circulation.
  • Involved in equipment design and development and ensure compliance to MDLZ HSE & HED standards
  • Conducting TBT with vendors/site contractors on daily basis and issuing/closing PTW
  • Actively communicates with all stakeholders (manufacturing, utilities, quality & HSE, security) responsible for resolution for any project/contractor related issue
  • Conducting HSE risk assessments and initiating MOC, follow up for approval
  • BOQ preparation, wetting the material delivery as per DC, verifying bills
  • Assisting site engineers/team to drive the IL6S agenda
  • Own and drive SWP, HSE standards
  • Assist onsite/offsite teams in documentation for capitalization and CWIP status

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs90, Rs110,000.00 per month
