Job Title: Receptionist

Company Description: BlueProperties.com is a real estate solution provider catering to a diverse range of buyers and investors across income classes, helping them find suitable properties within their budget.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tech Society, Lahore. The receptionist will be responsible for receiving visitors, performing clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and floor management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist skills
  • Clerical skills including scheduling, document handling, and file organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not mandatory.
