We are looking for a highly innovative and inventive Facebook Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design eye-catching and effective Facebook ads and other social media creatives that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  2. Utilize data and insights to continuously improve creative performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  5. Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, preferably with a focus on Facebook ads and social media marketing.
  2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  3. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  4. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
