Part-Time LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Specialist (Remote or On-Site, Karachi)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) OR On-Site (Sharae Faisal, Karachi)

Hours: 3 hours daily (9:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time)

Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary + Commission

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Specialist to pitch our services to businesses in North America. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent English, strong communication skills, and proven experience in generating B2B leads through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to targeted decision-makers on LinkedIn (using Sales Navigator & other tools).
  • Pitch Intelnest's services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and build trust.
  • Drive prospects to schedule calls/meetings through LinkedIn.
  • Handover confirmed leads to the internal delivery team.
  • Maintain a log of outreach activities and conversions.

Requirements

  • Based in Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Prior experience in B2B sales/outreach for North American markets.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
  • Proven ability to convert LinkedIn conversations into client meetings.
