As we expand our local sales team, we're looking for a proactive and experienced LinkedInOutreach Executive to help us scale our reach and impact in the US market.

Job Description:
As a LinkedIn Outreach Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify, connect, and engage with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn and convert those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who's resourceful, goal-driven, and comfortable with B2B communication in a digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to ideal B2B prospects on LinkedIn (Decision-Makers, Sales Leaders, Directors, CEOs etc.)
  • Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies for better engagement and demo bookings.
Requirements:
  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a
    • B2B tech or SaaS environment).
    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
    • Experience with GHL (Go-High Level) is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets.
    • Prior experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
    • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — creating personalized campaigns for high-value clients/accounts will be considered a strong advantage.
    • Must have a strong LinkedIn presence with at least 1,500+ professional connections, including a significant number of US-based C-Suite executives.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience of booking demos for SaaS products or CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification.
  • A proactive mindset and results-driven approach to outreach.
  • Experience or certification in GHL (Go-High Level).
