PakLawAssist is an innovative AI-powered legal assistant, revolutionizing legal workflows for law firms, lawyers, and financial institutions in Pakistan. As a growing startup housed at the National Incubation Center Lahore (NICL), we are on a mission to simplify legal processes and empower professionals with cutting-edge solutions.

We're looking for a motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to drive client acquisition and help scale PakLawAssist. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, target-driven, and eager to make an impact in the legal tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients (law firms, lawyers, and legal professionals) through phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
  2. Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into paying clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  3. Subscription Sales: Drive individual lawyer subscriptions and firm-wide adoption of PakLawAssist.
  4. Community Engagement: Build connections in lawyer communities and explore opportunities for collaboration.
  5. Social Media Engagement: Use social media platforms and professional networks to approach and engage legal professionals.
  6. Reporting: Track and report sales metrics to management, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
