Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
  • Assists immediate supervisor and HR/finance in routine tasks
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team and staff
  • Prepare travel arrangements for office staff and managers
  • Provide administrative support to team as may be required
  • Maintain petty cash
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree / equivalent diploma
  • Proven experience as front desk officer
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
