We're hiring a Sales Executive who has recruiting experience, sales instincts, and client management skills. If you know how to work a lead, follow up like a pro, and close deals without reading from a script, we want you on our team. You'll be talking to decision-makers at fast-growing companies—founders, hiring managers, and executives—who already need help hiring. You just need to close.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and manage warm inbound leads and convert them into active clients
  • Conduct high-touch outreach via phone, LinkedIn, email, and SMS—whatever it takes to get results
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and hiring managers, identifying their pain points and recruitment needs
  • Work closely with our internal recruiting team to align on delivery, timelines, and expectations
  • Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and deal tracking in our CRM/ATS tools
  • Meet and exceed individual performance targets around conversions, follow-ups, and engagement

What We're Looking For
  • Based in Lahore, Pakistan
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing—you've closed deals and placed candidates
  • Experience serving and managing clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Confident, proactive, and resourceful—you know how to get attention and keep it
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Bonus: Experience working in tech recruiting, healthcare staffing, or startup sales
