We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative (Cold Calling Agent) to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, pitch our services, and convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Identify prospects' needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build rapport quickly with prospects and maintain a positive relationship.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and sales outcomes.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams.
- Handle objections professionally and turn prospects into customers.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cold Calling Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Experience in working with US-based clients (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant sales certification is a plus.
