Sales Executive - Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
  2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
  4. Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
  5. Present and explain product features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  8. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales (minimum 2-4 years).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  4. Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into customers.
  5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
