
Sales Executive- Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Present and explain product features and benefits tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales (minimum 2-4 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into customers.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
