Hiring for Sales Executive:

About the Client:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of Pipes & Fittings, including uPVC, cPVC, PPC, and more.

Open Position: Sales Executive

Job Description:

  1. Visit Distributors, Dealers, Builders, Projects, Industries, and prospective customers regularly to promote company products and fulfill management assignments.
  2. Manage an assigned sales territory or product line to maximize sales revenues and achieve corporate goals.
  3. Monitor market trends and develop sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  4. Establish and maintain effective contacts with consultants, architects, builders, and contractors; provide pre-sales, during sales, and post-sales services.
  5. Oversee commercial, project, and institutional business both within and outside the city.
  6. Monitor competitors' activities and inform top management accordingly.
  7. Coordinate and organize sales promotional activities such as product awareness meetings and training sessions.
  8. Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
  9. Reconcile sales ledger with company records and prepare weekly reports with the Accounts Manager.
  10. Follow up with the dispatch department regarding order returns.
  11. Achieve management sales targets.
  12. Ensure timely payments and recoveries.
  13. Provide daily reports.
  14. Assist in marketing activities.
  15. Work as part of the sales team and follow senior advice.

Other Details:

  • Education: BBA or MBA
  • Experience: 4 years
  • Timings: 10 am - 7 pm (Monday - Saturday)
  • Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi
  • Salary & Benefits: Market competitive (including commission, leave encashment, fuel allowance, SIM, annual bonus)
