Job Description:

Location: Fully Remote (EU/USA Shifts)

About the Role:

In this role, you'll drive impactful digital marketing campaigns, managing multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results for top-tier clients:

  1. CRM Specialist: Utilize CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot to optimize client interactions and internal workflows.
  2. Email Marketing: Design and implement high-converting email campaigns using automation tools like ActiveCampaign or MailChimp to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  3. Marketing Automation: Set up and manage automation processes such as funnels, triggers, and campaigns to streamline customer journeys and increase conversions.
  4. Social Media Management: Cultivate and expand our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  5. Google Ads Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.
  6. SEO Strategy: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  7. Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  8. Content Marketing: Produce content (blogs, webinars, podcasts) tailored to specific platforms and audience needs, with a focus on conversion.
  9. Visual Content Creation: Design visually appealing content (social media graphics, infographics, etc.) to support our digital marketing campaigns.

Job Specification:

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise across multiple channels.
  3. Proficiency with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot (at least one CRM should be on your CV).
  4. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign or MailChimp.
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. German is a plus, but not mandatory.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  8. 50 Mbps internet speed for smooth remote work operations.
