Job Title: Telesales Representative (Remote, Full-Time)

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support, engaging in sales activities, managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and conducting training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  2. Qualify prospects and understand their needs.
  3. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships.
  4. Maintain and update CRM database with lead interactions and progress.
  5. Lead or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer support roles.
  • Training skills are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); British accent is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to convert inquiries into sales.
