Job Description

As an Educational Counselor, you will play a vital role in assisting our counselors by streamlining communication and processes between counselors and students. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, providing them with initial information and guidance about our services and study abroad options.
  2. Process Facilitation: Assist counselors by managing administrative tasks related to student applications, including document collection, application tracking, and scheduling appointments.
  3. Communication: Maintain regular communication with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.
  4. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate student records in our database to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
  5. Event Assistance: Support the organization and execution of educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities.
  6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure students are progressing through their application process smoothly.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Graduation or Professional Qualification (Arabic background preferred).
  2. Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  3. Living Experience: Previous living experience in Saudi Arabia (Saudia) is required to ensure a good understanding of the cultural and educational landscape.
  4. Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
  5. Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to helping students achieve their goals, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
