Job Summary:We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Foreign Education Consultant to guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, university admissions, and career prospects. You will play a key role in counseling students, developing study plans, and ensuring a seamless transition from local education to international institutions.Location: DHA Phase-5.Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling:
  • Advise students and parents on academic pathways, course selection, and universities based on their profiles, interests, and goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars to provide detailed information on studying abroad.
  • Application Assistance:
  • Assist students with university applications, documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and letters of recommendation (LORs).
  • Track application deadlines and manage application submissions.
  • Visa Guidance:
  • Provide up-to-date information on student visa processes for various countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
  • Help students prepare visa applications, mock interviews, and documentation.
  • Test Preparation Support:
  • Guide students regarding standardized tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT) and recommend appropriate resources or coaching if necessary.
  • Market Research & University Liaison:
  • Stay informed on global education trends, university updates, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and international education bodies.
  • Documentation & Record Management:
  • Maintain accurate student records, application status, and communication logs in CRM or internal systems.
  • Outreach & Marketing Support:
  • Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
  • Contribute to marketing materials and content for social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in foreign education consulting or international admissions (freshers with training may be considered).
  • Knowledge of education systems and visa procedures of major study destinations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
