Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the enterprise ERP system across all business units.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align ERP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance.
  • Ensure support and resolution of day-to-day issues and queries from user departments.
  • Drive business process reengineering in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the ERP lifecycle.
  • Ensure data integrity, system integration, and reporting accuracy across all ERP modules.
  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Promote user adoption through structured change management and training programs.

Head Office, Lahore

Requirements
  • CA Inter / ACCA qualified, with at least 5 years of qualification experience in the ERP / Digital Transformation department.
  • Experience in at least two independent ERP implementations while heading the assignment.
  • Articles from the Big-3 (ERP department).
