About Us

We're looking for a visionary and passionate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as a co-founder. This is an equity-based role where you'll play a vital part in shaping the future of Pakistan's e-commerce ecosystem — while sharing in its success.


Role Overview

As our CTO & Co-founder, you'll:

Lead the technology vision and strategy of WeCommerce.PK.

Drive design, development, and deployment of our e-commerce platform and tech infrastructure.

Oversee product development, system architecture, software engineering, data management, and cybersecurity.

Build and manage a high-performing engineering team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Collaborate with co-founders on scalable solutions that set us apart in the competitive digital commerce market.


Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

Lead platform development, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.

Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance.

Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our growth strategy.

Collaborate across teams (product, marketing, sales) to deliver value-driven solutions.

Build relationships with investors, partners, and vendors to promote our vision and secure resources.

Leverage data analytics to measure and optimize performance.


Qualifications

Proven experience as a CTO or senior technical leader (startup/fast-paced environment).

Strong background in software development, system architecture, and tech infrastructure.

Expertise in e-commerce technologies & platforms (preferred).

Skilled in Agile methodologies & project management.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, analytics, and scalable system design.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree + 1 year experience with mobile applications.
