Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain exceptional communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor team leads and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Plan, design, and oversee technical implementations across projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Alignment: Maintain alignment between client expectations and deliverables for maximum satisfaction.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Oversee backend development using technologies like ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Zero, Angular, and C#.
  • Optimize database architecture, manage SQL queries, and ensure efficient data storage.
  • Build and maintain APIs for smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Seamlessly integrate third-party services and tools into project workflows.
  • Apply SOLID principles and Agile methodologies to ensure scalable and efficient project designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 Years+ of experience with proven track record in managing technical projects and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in ASP.NET Core, Angular, and related frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Agile development processes.

Key Technical Skills:

  • ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Zero, ABP.IO, Boilerplate, Entity Framework, Angular.
  • RESTful APIs, Azure, SQL Server management.
