Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

About the role:

As an Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and setup of 30 smart schools. This role involves overseeing the deployment of technology, managing logistics, and ensuring that each school is fully operational before launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the deployment of technology (TVs, clickers, and other hardware) across all smart schools.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage the logistics of school setups, including transportation, installation, and testing of technology.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure schools meet operational standards before opening.
  • Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues during the setup phase, working closely with operations teams.
  • Assist the Expansions team in identifying new school locations and preparing deployment plans for future expansion.
  • Ensure smooth communication between local facilitators and the technical team during deployment.
  • Track deployment timelines and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to school setups, technology installation, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, deployments, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing logistics and working with vendors/suppliers.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with educational technology or IT systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to challenges, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
