We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision and strategy for our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our designs stand out in both aesthetics and functionality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement the UX/UI design strategy to align with business goals.
  2. Lead the design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  5. Ensure consistency in design language across platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
  6. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  7. Advocate for user-centric design, accessibility, and industry best practices.
  8. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  9. Optimize UI/UX based on A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics insights.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  3. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  4. Understanding of design systems, user flows, and interaction design.
  5. Experience working in an Agile or Lean UX environment.
  6. Ability to guide and mentor a team, fostering a strong design culture.
  7. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
  8. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  9. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions.
  10. Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
  11. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel for UX analysis.
