Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement theUX/UI design strategyto align with business goals.
  • Lead the design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs usingFigma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Ensure consistency in design language across platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centric design, accessibility, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Optimize UI/UX based onA/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
