We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Have knowledge of domains like procurement, TPRM, GRC (preferred).

  • Be skilled in stakeholder management and have experience working with various clients across the globe.

  • Have experience with ITSM, ITOM - Event Management and Integrations, SWD, CMDB, JavaScript, Smart Cloud Control Desk (Maximo), IBM Tivoli Netcool, and TBSM.

  • Create and implement Business rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts for applications in ServiceNow.

  • Develop strategies to identify issues and gaps in ITSM and ITOM modules.

  • Have experience in creating custom applications and modules in ServiceNow as per requirements.

  • Possess expertise in UI Builder, Export Sets, Java Scripting, Integration Hub, and Service Portals.

  • Have specialized experience in configuration activities such as creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, actions, and approval processes.

  • Develop KPIs and provide ITSM performance metrics reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow, utilizing its PaaS capabilities.

  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

  • Have experience with ServiceNow environment upgrades.
