Responsibilities:
- Mainly handling telephone calls and answering enquiries on the company's facilities and events functions booking service/details.
- Membership services - collection of sub-fees from guests/visitors; recording of incoming cheques/tender documents/tender deposits after end of day work daily.
- Administering lost & found items.
- To work on other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- N-Level
- Experience in Customer Service
