The Marketplace Optimization and Listing role is critical in managing and improving product visibility across various online platforms, ensuring that products are well-positioned to maximize their potential for sales and customer engagement. The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and optimizing product listings on major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc., including creating, editing, and maintaining accurate and attractive product details.
  2. Writing compelling product descriptions, crafting attention-grabbing titles, and selecting high-quality images.
  3. Conducting keyword research and optimizing listings for search engine visibility, including updating listings based on marketplace algorithm changes.
  4. Analyzing competitors' listings, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve performance.
  5. Managing inventory levels in real-time and coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure proper stock levels.
  6. Monitoring pricing strategies to stay competitive and profitable, adjusting prices based on market conditions.
  7. Managing marketplace advertising campaigns, including setting up and optimizing PPC ads, managing promotions, and analyzing campaign performance.
  8. Monitoring sales performance and analytics, tracking KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales velocity, and using data to make improvements.
  9. Providing customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  10. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.

Additionally, the role involves building relationships with influencers, bloggers, and webmasters to enhance brand visibility and executing link-building strategies to improve SEO performance. The position requires a proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented individual with at least 5 years of experience, located in Johar Town Near Emporium Mall, and suitable for a Mid-Senior level, full-time role in the Information Technology industry, specifically related to Computer Games.
