Business Analysis and Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis and Process Optimization Specialist to drive business growth and improvement by analyzing and optimizing processes across multiple functions. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

  1. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement across functions such as operations, finance, and sales.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, leveraging data analysis and business acumen.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress.
  4. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
  5. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and operational metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
