  • Diploma in electrical systems or relevant area.

Required experience:


• 3-5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators and electrical panels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your main job responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators and electrical panels.
  2. Oversee inspection and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
  3. Lead and support a team of technicians, providing training and guidance.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure reliability.
  5. Coordinate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  7. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  8. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
  9. Collaborate with procurement for sourcing quality components.
  10. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  12. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Stay updated on technological advancements in generator and electrical systems.
  14. Build relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
  15. Participate in budget planning and manage expenditures.
  16. Maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
Reporting Responsibilities

Fill timesheets, provide daily activity summaries to the Operations Manager, submit team performance and equipment status reports to the Line Manager, and prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, budget, and safety compliance for senior management.
